Hello Readers! You might have often seen mentioning positivity, stress-free life, gratitude, and positive approach in my previous blogs. So, today I have a real-life, true story on stress and its consequences on our body.

The story of Natasha Diddee - a chef, an author, a TEDx speaker, and a true inspiration. The Chef often suffered shoulder pain, which was misdiagnosed for almost 6 years. She underwent two shoulder surgeries which still couldn't solve the problem. Later, it was found that she developed a tumor and two ulcers in her stomach. the tumor had grown such vast that it took the entire shape of her stomach which made it unrecognizable in the scans. The only option left for her survival was to remove her stomach! For eight hours, a complicated surgery was performed which removed her stomach and joined her food pipe to the intestine.

She developed a tumor because she was not in the right state of mind. The feeling of loss and depression had grown so much that it started affecting her body and devasted her career in the long run, for 8 years. Slowly, she started gathering shattered pieces of courage and hope. She stood, and decided to make the best out of her life instead of collecting sympathy and pity from others.

She had immense love for food and was a professionally trained chef. Food had given her the will to never give up. She is popularly known as the @thegutlessfoodiee across the internet.

So, you see, even the darkest parts of your life can be lightened by your willpower. Also, Natasha's story also teaches us that it is really very important to stay stress-free. It will not only help you to stay happy but will affect your body positively!

Thank you! #MaskUpIndia
