Life Of a Soldier - A Tough man

Image
"A soldier's duty is to serve, to stand strong, rigid, and tough, ready to face risk and make sacrifices so that we may sleep peacefully in our beds at night. Beyond the uniform, a soldier is a son, a husband, a father, a countryman. They do not fight out of hatred for what is in front of them, but out of love for what they left behind. Their patriotism drives them, not their hobby or interest. We may not know them personally, but they are familiar to us all. They content everyone except themselves, for their purpose is to keep us safe, happy, and comfortable. As a soldier, I deeply understand this calling, and I offer this short poem from my perspective. Thank you for your support." Do comment below and tell me your opinion on the life of a soldier, a tough man! #YouropinionMatters!

Hello Readers! You might have often seen mentioning positivity, stress-free life, gratitude, and positive approach in my previous blogs. So, today I have a real-life, true story on stress and its consequences on our body. The story of Natasha Diddee - a chef, an author, a TEDx speaker, and a true inspiration. The Chef often suffered shoulder pain, which was misdiagnosed for almost 6 years. She underwent two shoulder surgeries which still couldn't solve the problem. Later, it was found that she developed a tumor and two ulcers in her stomach. the tumor had grown such vast that it took the entire shape of her stomach which made it unrecognizable in the scans. The only option left for her survival was to remove her stomach! For eight hours, a complicated surgery was performed which removed her stomach and joined her food pipe to the intestine. She developed a tumor because she was not in the right state of mind. The feeling of loss and depression had grown so much that it started aff...

A Perfect Lifestyle!

Image
The new normal has impacted our lives in various ways, altering our eating habits and daily routines. We have become more vigilant in washing hands, using sanitizers, and maintaining good hygiene. However, it's crucial to make time for ourselves and our families amid all the adjustments. Maintaining small habits that make our days enjoyable, such as sipping tea in the morning, can reflect positively on our character. Striving for perfection is admirable, but it should not come at the cost of comfort and productivity. In these times of laziness and monotony, how can we achieve the perfect lifestyle? My personal suggestion is to watch TED talks, reduce excessive gadget use, tidy up your space, read novels, and adopt similar habits that can improve our lives. Gradually incorporating exercise and fitness is also beneficial. To sum it up, these are my thoughts on improving one's lifestyle. I would be grateful if you could share your opinions and ideas on making these long, lazy days...

Kuch toh log kahenge!

Hello readers! Here's a poem for you all. It talks about the most dreadful question- "Log kya kahange?" We all have a huge impact of what people say and interpret about us. Isn't it? We all have heard "Log kya kahenge?" But, "Kuch toh log kahange!" Sometimes, it doesn't even matter what people think. "Toxic people will pollute everything around them. Don’t hesitate. Fumigate." This quote by Mandy Hale fits best for this poem written by me:                               Do mention what you think of this poem in the comments below and in this form https://forms.gle/jLFoCfGvZqrfxdGg6 Thank you 😇
